The Mechatronics Engineering Technology Certificate is designed to provide students with introductory knowledge and skills in electromechanical systems. Students will take courses in basic electronics, mechanical technology, automation, and safety.
Program Learning Outcomes
Graduates will:
- Apply knowledge, techniques, skills and modern tools of mathematics, science, engineering, and technology to solve well-defined problems appropriate to the discipline of Mechatronics Engineering Technology.
- Design solutions for well-defined technical problems and assist with the engineering design of systems, components, or processes appropriate to the discipline.

The courses taken in this certificate program may be applied toward the Associate in Applied Science degree in Mechatronics Engineering Technology.
