The Information Technology-Information Systems Support Introductory Certificate is designed to provide students with introductory knowledge and skills in relation to the field of Information Technology beyond those obtained from the Information Technology-Information Systems Support Core Certificate.

Graduates will:
- Utilize introductory techniques and applications involved with information systems support.

The credits obtained from this certificate may be applied toward an associate degree in Information Technology; however, major course credits earned over five (5) years ago will not apply.
