The Medical Office Administration-Billing and Coding certificate provides the medical and computer skills necessary for entry-level employment in medical settings working with insurance billing and coding.
Program Learning Outcome
Graduates will:
- Demonstrate proper use of medical terminology and abbreviations used in medical offices and medical information management systems.

The credits obtained from this certificate may be applied toward an associate degree or diploma in Medical Office Administration; however, major course credits earned over five years ago will not apply.
