The Office Administration-General diploma program is designed for the individual entering, upgrading, or retraining in the office administration field.
Skills related to the application of these concepts are developed through the study of office software, communication, team-building, critical thinking, and problem solving. Students are eligible to sit for industry-recognized certification exams.
Employment opportunities are available in a variety of office positions in business, government, and industry.
Program Learning Outcomes
Graduates will:
- Demonstrate, identify and assess appropriate procedures for creating and formatting mailable office documents.
- Demonstrate, identify and assess appropriate procedures and tasks performed in an office environment.
