TEX 119 The Textile Industry (3 Credit Hours) Class Hours: 3 Lab Hours: 0 Clinical/Work Experience Hours: 0 Prerequisites: None Corequisites: None This course covers the study of the structure and organization of the integrated textile complex and its strategic functions including cost management, finance, automation, and technology. Emphasis will be on critical stages involved in the manufacture of textile and apparel products. Upon completion, students should be able to explain the fundamental aspects of the integrated textile complex.
