Information Technology -Web Administration and Design, A.A.S. (A25590WA)

The Web Administration and Design track prepares students for entry-level jobs using HTML, JavaScript, and PHP. Students will learn to create mobile apps, as well as front-end and back-end development. 

Students will gain skills in social media, marketing, and design, preparing them for a variety of careers in the growing and evolving field of web technologies. 

 

Program Learning Outcomes

Graduates will:

  1. Identify legal, ethical, social, and security issues related to information technology.
  2. Use the stages of the system development lifecycle to generate documentation for an IT project.
  3. Create and manage a spreadsheet using formulas, functions, and tables.
  4. Design and implement a responsive and accessible website using industry standards with a variety of HTML features.
  5. Design, build, and deploy interactive and data-driven web applications that meet industry standards and real-world business needs.
