The purpose of this certificate is to provide an opportunity for individuals who want to fulfill professional or general interest needs.
Program Learning Outcomes
Graduates will:
- Interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Demonstrate basic knowledge and understanding of building codes and their application s to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of the building occupants.
- Apply math skills commensurate with performing basic structural calculations and material takeoffs.

The courses taken in this certificate program may be applied toward the Associate in Applied Science degree in Architectural Technology.
