WEB 115 Web Markup and Scripting (3 Credit Hours) Class Hours: 2 Lab Hours: 2 Clinical/Work Experience Hours: 0 Prerequisites: None Corequisites: None This course introduces client-side Internet programming using the current W3C-recommended presentation markup language and supporting elements. Topics include site management and development, markup elements, stylesheets, validation, accessibility, standards, browsers, and basic JavaScripting. Upon completion, students should be able to hand-code web pages with various media elements according to current markup standards and integrate them into websites.
