HIS 114 Comparative World History (3 Credit Hours) Class Hours: 3 Lab Hours: 0 Clinical/Work Experience Hours: 0 Prerequisites: RED 090 Corequisites: None This course provides a comparison of western and non-western cultures. Emphasis is placed on historical developments and their impact on the modern world through religion, politics, economics, and social developments. Upon completion, students should be able to compare and contrast western and non-western cultures. This course has been approved to satisfy the Comprehensive Articulation Agreement general education core requirement in social/behavioral sciences.
