ART 231 Printmaking I (3 Credit Hours) Class Hours: 0 Lab Hours: 6 Clinical/Work Experience Hours: 0 Prerequisites: ENG 090 , RED 090 , and ART 121 or departmental approval Corequisites: None This course introduces printmaking: its history, development techniques, and processes. Emphasis is placed on basic applications with investigation into image source and development. Upon completion, students should be able to produce printed images utilizing a variety of methods. This course has been approved to satisfy the Comprehensive Articulation Agreement for transferability as a premajor and/or elective course requirement.
