The Information Systems Support track equips students with the skills needed for careers with organizations that depend on computer systems to handle data processing, information management, and communication.
Through hands-on coursework, students learn how to explain complex hardware and software concepts in clear, user-friendly language. The curriculum includes computer fundamentals and terminology, operating systems, application software, and technical support practices.
Upon completion, graduates are prepared for entry-level roles in business, education, and government environments that rely on technology to manage information. The program also prepares students to pursue industry-recognized certification exams.

- Use the stages of the system development lifecycle to generate documentation for an IT project.
- Create and manage a spreadsheet using formulas, functions, and tables.
