This curriculum is designed to give the individual basic skills and related information needed to gain limited employment in the manufacturing field. This program provides the opportunity for individuals to have employable skills in the job market in the area of manufacturing.
Program Learning Outcomes
Graduates will:
- Apply written, oral, and graphical communication in well-defined technical and nontechnical manufacturing technology environments; and to identify and use appropriate technical literature.
- Understand the fundamental concepts of mechanical systems, gearing, engineering materials and production processes.
