This course introduces how global issues impact emerging technologies, industry standards, and practices in a technical field in comparison to the United States. Emphasis is placed on how a country’s political and cultural traditions influence the use of media technologies. Upon completion, students should be able to identify and utilize political and cultural traditions when creating media.
