The Business Administration curriculum is designed to introduce you to the various aspects of the free enterprise system. You will be provided with a fundamental knowledge of business functions, processes, and an understanding of business organizations in today's global economy.

Through these skills, you will have a sound business education base for life-long learning. Graduates are prepared for employment opportunities in government agencies, financial institutions, and large to small business and industry.

Program Learning Outcomes

Graduates will:

  1. Demonstrate the influence of supply and demand theories in various business situations.
  2. Demonstrate the ability to analyze the marketing mix for a given product.
  3. Demonstrate the ability to understand and apply law and ethics to various business situations.

Gaston College Business and Information Technology Associate Degree Programs are accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP).

This program is also available in a condensed format for evening students.
