The Criminal Justice Technology - Basic Certificate is designed for students who have completed Basic Law Enforcement Training (BLET) or those seeking knowledge of the basic elements of the criminal justice system.  Topics include criminal and constitutional law, investigative processes, and statutory and case law in various scenarios.

Program Learning Outcomes

Graduates will:

  1.  Identify the roles and interrelationships between the principal components of the criminal justice system (i.e., law enforcement, the courts, parole, juvenile justice, and corrections.)
