The Networking Certificate is designed to provide students with fundamental knowledge and skills in relation to the field of Networking through utilization and application of current operating systems and basic networking functions.
The courses taken in this certificate may be applied toward the Associate of Applied Science degrees in Networking Technology or Information Systems Security. Course credit earned in the Major Courses over five (5) years ago will not apply toward the Networking Certificate.
Program Learning Outcomes:
Students will demonstrate the ability to configure networks, including those with wireless transmission.
