Architectural Technology Certification CAD (C40100A)

The purpose of this certificate is to provide an opportunity for individuals who want to fulfill professional or general interest needs.

The courses taken in this certificate program may be applied toward the Architectural Technology degree program.

Program Learning Outcomes:

1. This curriculum is designed to give the individual basic skills and related information needed to gain limited employment in the air conditioning industry as a heating technician.
2. Demonstrate CAD skills using Industry-standard software commensurate with an AEC project
3. Interpret construction drawings and specifications.
4. Demonstrate basic knowledge and understanding of building codes and their applications to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of the building occupants.
