PSY 101 Applied Psychology (3 Credit Hours) Class Hours: 3 Lab Hours: 0 Clinical/Work Experience Hours: 0 Prerequisites: RED 090 Corequisites: None This course introduces the basic principles of psychology as they apply to daily life. Topics include perception, emotions, motivation, adjustment, behavior management, communication, and related topics that promote growth and development on the job and in one’s personal life. Upon completion, students should be able to apply the principles learned in this class to everyday living. This course is intended for diploma programs.
