MUS 115 Orchestral Music (3 Credit Hours) Class Hours: 3 Lab Hours: 0 Clinical/Work Experience Hours: 0 Prerequisites: None Corequisites: None This course covers representational orchestral and chamber works from the Baroque period to the present. Emphasis is placed on the characteristics of important orchestral forms and styles. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate skills in listening to and analyzing orchestral music. This course has been approved to satisfy the Comprehensive Articulation Agreement for transferability as a premajor and/or elective course requirement.
