COS 114 Salon II (8 Credit Hours)

Prerequisites: Take COS 111  and COS 112  ;
Corequisites: Take COS 113  
This course provides experience in a simulated salon setting. Topics include basic skin care, manicuring, nail application, scalp treatments, shampooing, rinsing, hair color, design, haircutting, chemical restructuring, pressing, wigs, and other related topics. Upon completion, students should be able to safely and competently demonstrate these salon services.
