DET 220 Dietetic Technician V (10 Credit Hours) Class Hours: 6 Lab Hours: 0 Clinical/Work Experience Hours: 12 Prerequisites: None Corequisites: None This course provides an expanded knowledge base in the management of nutrition programs. Emphasis is placed on the application of food production, food service, and nutritional care principles in a health care environment under supervision. Upon completion the student should be able to participate in the management of a nutritional program.
